- It can accommodate up to 3 dogs (24 kg or less per dog).
Only one large dog is allowed.

- Only indoor dogs that have received rabies and mixed vaccinations (5 or more types) within the past year are allowed to stay.

- Currently, it is not possible to do so.

- Do you have a parking lot?
- Yes. We have a free parking lot that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

- Are there cancellation fees?
- 30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %
However, if you call us by 5:00PM two days before your stay, you can reschedule a stay once.
If you cancel after rescheduling, the cancellation fee will apply regardless of the cancellation period.
Rescheduling can be made up to 30 days from the original stay date. You may not be able to reschedule depending on the reservation status. Thank you for your understanding.
Steps for date changes
Make a new reservation within 30 days from the original stay date.
*Please do not cancel the current reservation by yourself.

Once the new reservation is confirmed, our facility will handle the cancellation of the original reservation.

- Bath towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, baby soap, toothbrush, hair dryer, bath bomb, etc.

- Refrigerator with freezer, microwave toaster oven combo, electric kettle, induction cooktop, kitchen knife, bottle opener, cutting board, cooking chopsticks, kitchen scissors, pizza cutter, frying pan, pot, bowl, saran wrap, aluminum foil, tongs, BBQ gas grill (With the BYO [Bring Your Own] plan: 5,500 yen), etc.

- Yes. You can have meals at the pergola with a roof.
In case of strong winds, we recommend having meals inside the room.

- Family Mart is a 3-min drive, Tsuruha Drug Store is a 5-min drive, and Gyomu Super is a 10-min drive from our facility.
